Make_CMTable makes the tables in the format that Cynthia wants. It
makes comma separated text files that could be read into spreadsheet.
There's also file MakeCM_IPACombined (or something like that). It
incorporates the IPA trascription input, but it requires running
another file first (Something like ReadIPATranscription.m). Please
read the pdf file that I sent two days ago.

About Rachael's problem. You need to create a file usage_Bob.txt,
which has the sounds shortlisted based on SCO data. The shortlist is
not critical for control group kids like Bob, because they hardly have
any sound with scores < 80%. So for time being, you can just copy
usage_Teddy.txt to usage_Bob.txt and it will work. Teddy also had only
couple of low-performing sounds.
